Women Activists of East London

Since 2015, we have been exploring the history of women-led activism in the East London boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest. With the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund, we have developed a walking tour app, online exhibition, podcast and more. We continue to work to share this important heritage to inspire the next generation of women and girls in demanding equality.
